Is a custom website worth the investment?

Valid question! Well, I think I know the reason you’re here. Just know you’ve got to invest in yourself to make money $$$

Here’s 2 reasons why I think it’s totally worth it …

oh and one thing. Custom designed sites are for those of you who want to be SERIOUS about your blog or business. Custom sites are not for those who think they may want to get into it. They are for those who really want to make money whether it be full time or not.

ok let’s get started.

  1. MAKE MONEY - there is a lot of science behind pushing your site to make money. If you’re a blogger this means using affiliate links. If you’re an Entrepreneur maybe it’s informing people of your services. Even a shop owner - the way you show your product. Once you get to a certain level it is so important that these things are not only shown in the correct places but also function and are easy to use in all devices. Let’s start with an example: it’s 9PM and I’ve just had 2 glasses of wine while scrolling Instagram after work. Your post comes up showing the cutest Marc Fisher boots 🙌🏼 So, I go to your link and bio. I not only love the boots but also the jacket on the blog post to follow. I end up purchasing both without even having to get up because it was such a seamless process that even accepted Apple Pay 💰 BOOM you just made money. The reverse to this is not have a good site that’s bulky or unorganized. The buyer gets lost in there and never checks out because it was a pain in the a**

  2. COMPETITION - Welcome to 2020. If you’re not online in some way … something’s wrong with you. Or your my grandpas age. But even then he has a Facebook … either way you need to stand out and that site MUST represent and be a reflection of the type of work you do. Let’s jump into another example: I want to book a haircut at your salon. I’m prob going to find you on Instagram or Google. Once I find you, I’ll prob look through the site and take a peak at your work and pricing because last thing I want is to show up at a Super Cuts - am I right? I want to make sure the place I’m headed is cute and you’re going to do a great job (you’re doing great honeyyy). I’ll probably book through your online booking service too. DONE. The flip side to this is having a bad site. Maybe it’s not cute. Maybe it doesn’t work in mobile. Maybe is a free template … whatever it may be, I’m probably going to look elsewhere if it doesn’t reflect the quality of work I’m looking for.
Same goes for PRODUCTS!! You want to make sure your buyer has THE BEST experience on all fronts so not only do they checkout - they COME BACK!

Anyway, hope this help to whoever’s listening!!
